Dear Students, Parents, and Staff,
It is with great excitement and pride that I introduce myself as the Assistant Principal of Sixth Ward Elementary School. I am honored to join such a dedicated and supportive school community, and I look forward to working alongside each of you to ensure a positive and successful school year.
My name is Chandrika McKinney, and I bring a ton of experience in education, serving in roles such as teacher and instructional coach. I am passionate about supporting student achievement, building strong relationships, and creating a safe and welcoming environment where all students can thrive.
As Assistant Principal, my goal is to support our students academically, socially, and emotionally while also collaborating closely with our teachers and families. I believe that strong communication and teamwork are the foundation of a successful school, and I am committed to being accessible and responsive to your needs.
